My subscription page is blank, even though I am an active subscriber.
I want to cancel my subscription, but cannot do so. I email to support, but received a standard reply to go to "How to activate my account".
I tried calling the telephone no. which is in Romania, a foreign voice spoke, and the call hanged up.
The services of Bitdefender is lousy.
I saw in my account, they are going to renew my subscription, without my consent.
If I buy a new subscription online, the cost is more than 50% discount, to renew it will cost me US$ 99+
The only way to stop this subscription is to stop my credit card payment.
