My Subscription Page is blank!

My subscription page is blank, even though I am an active subscriber.

I want to cancel my subscription, but cannot do so. I email to support, but received a standard reply to go to "How to activate my account".

I tried calling the telephone no. which is in Romania, a foreign voice spoke, and the call hanged up.

The services of Bitdefender is lousy.

I saw in my account, they are going to renew my subscription, without my consent.

If I buy a new subscription online, the cost is more than 50% discount, to renew it will cost me US$ 99+

The only way to stop this subscription is to stop my credit card payment.

    You can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription, by following these steps:

    Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.

    From my personal experience, Method 1 did and still does the job for stopping the auto-renewal.

    Also, you can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription by contacting Customer Support at:

    cancel@bitdefender.com

    Finally, you may obtain a refund by contacting:

    refunds@bitdefender.com

    within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.

    After checking your account, I have noticed the automatic renewal feature of your Total Security subscription was successfully disabled today. Your Bitdefender Total Security license will expire on the 3rd of October 2022 and you may renew manually by placing a new order.

    The Bitdefender security solutions come with an automatic renewal feature that allows you to conveniently retain your protection when your Bitdefender subscription expires, without having to go through all the motions of manually renewing your cyber-security solution. You will receive email notifications before the actual renewal takes place.

    These e-mails will provide you with all the details about automatic renewal, including a link for easy cancellation of the service. If the auto renewal option remains active, your Bitdefender subscription will be automatically extended and this will keep your defenses activated without interruption for all devices covered by your current subscription.

    The consent for recurring billing was given by you at the time of your initial purchase and enrollment back in 2021.
