How to get sysprep to work correctly when using Agent BEST 7.8.4.270
Afternoon all.
I am trying to prep a system image that includes our Agent Type: BEST Product version: 7.8.4.270 install.
I found the instructions on the website in regards to using the sysprep patch to fix the issue however I cannot seem to get it to work correctly, the image works fine but the second I install the client the installed image fails to boot
its not a massive issue to have to manually install after imaging but i would prefer to not have to
any ideas?

In this case, I suggest you open a support ticket and provide more details about what appears when trying to boot, so that my colleagues from the Technical Support Department can investigate further. Also, please provide screenshots and the displayed messages, that will help to better understand the situation.
