No updates in 48 hours redux

Greetings, all.

New BitDefender subscriber. Installed on iMac 2 weeks ago running Sonoma 14.1.1. Working well as best as I can tell.

Until two days ago, was receiving automatic updates about twice per day. Now no new updates in 48 hours. Am able to manually check for updates and am told I am up to date, although it agree the last update was 60 hours ago. Tried rebooting, no change. Recommended to reinstall, which I am happy to do if need be, but having caught a similar issue from two months ago (see recent discussion), am wondering if other users are also having this issue which might suggest something on the server side?

    Still nothing now 3.5 days in. Wondering if anyone else is also having this issue? Not seeing any update errors. Just being told that I am up to date every time I check,

    im still in my 30 day trial period before I subscribe. While I have heard great things, this is not encouraging me to become a subscribing customer.

    @Alexandru_BD this seemed to be a server side issue last time. Any thoughts about this one?
