problem with exception list

Hello, I have my AOC monitor suit downloaded from official AOC website that has been blocked by Bitdefender anti-virus(or advance threat protection) it flag it as malware. I wondering how can I actually unblock it? If I go to advance Threat protection exception list and I can tick the exception to threat online prevention and antivirus but not to advance Threat defence which remains grey, there is no possibility for me to tick it blue. Could you please help me out?
