BitDefender GravityZone Email

Hi all,

I was wondering you could giving me a hand.

We managed a client email using BitDefender GravityZone Email but the loop prevention feature is not working as its should be limited to 25 messages, but I know for a fact they have received more than 50 in less than an hour.

Also, is it possible to setup an autoreply within BitDefender GravityZone Email? If yes, where do I do so?

    Hello @Nicolo_IICT ,

    We would need to check those 50 messages that you mentioned which were received in less than an hour.

    For the autoreply, if you are expecting GravityZone Email Security to have the possibility to set it such as you do from Exchange this is not possible since this setting is done from the email server and not from the security solution.

    If would advise you to open a case with us and an support engineer will be able to impersonate your account and check the details on how your console was configured.
