I have promoted you to level 2. Kindly share the screenshot of the error here, and also state the extension of the ransomware file you have been infected with. There are many extensions associated with GandCrab ransomware, and you can check the link below to see which extensions are supported by the GandCrab decryptor developed by Bitdefender.

Hi
Thanks for responding!
The extension is 'imowmanifx'.
Only 2 files been succeeded decrypting.
Here's an example: 2 of the files are in folder A and 2 are in folder B (4 different files).
Can't find anywhere what the error INFSTR means…. so I can change something and fix it.

Are you sure it is an extension of GandCrab ransomware? If it is, then the Bitdefender GandCrab decryptor may not be able to decrypt the file with the stated extension, as it does not support that extension, as seen in the link I provided above. Additionally, I was unable to find any information related to the extension you provided on the internet.
You can try using a ransomware detection tool to reanalyze the type of ransomware that has infected your PC. You can find more information from the link provided below.

Bitdefender cannot decrypt the GandCrab ransomware you have been infected with, as indicated by the ransom note showing that you have been infected with GandCrab ransomware v5.2. According to the article by Bitdefender, as stated in the link provided below, the Bitdefender GandCrab decryptor tool can only decrypt GandCrab files up to v5.1.
@Alexandru_BD, any thoughts here?

Well, according to DuckDuckGo search engine (and any other search engines) BD released the decrypt tool for V5.2 somewhere at Mid 2019…
Unfortunately Tool's documentation isn't updated and lack with "errors" data and info on how to solve it.

This can be confirmed by forum admin @Alexandru_BD, who can verify whether the article is outdated or if it's true that the Bitdefender GandCrab decryptor only supports decryption up to version 5.1, as stated on their website.
