Gravity Zone Network Discovery Problem
Hello,
I use Windows active directory and I also have Windows DHCP and Windows DNS. Computers connect to the system both wired and wirelessly.
Suppose we install bitdefender on a computer while it is wired. The computer appears as managed in Bitdefender Gravity Zone. This computer then connects to the system wirelessly and gets a different ip address. When Bitdefender Gravity Zone runs network discovery again, it sees this computer as another computer and lists it as unmanaged.
In short, a computer appears as two computers in the gravity zone with wired and wireless ip addresses. One managed and one unmanaged. How can I overcome this problem?

Hello @aliboduroglu,
- If you remove the unmanaged entry, will it appear again when you connect through wireless?
- Can you try to connect with both wired and wireless from the specific endpoint and do a Repair Agent task so this way we link both the hardware id of the wired and wireless network card?
Repair Agent
