Bitdefender Logs.
Hello everyone,
We have an offline Gravityzone machine installed that no longer updates, in the configuration field the new package is not published, a download failed error appears.
I mention that the roles are installed on the same machine.
Where should i check the logs too see what's wrong?

To troubleshoot this issue you would need to check the following log file:
/opt/bitdefender/var/log/gzou-target.logAlso, depending on the error encountered there you can check the arrakis logs and determine the failing files: arrakis.log, kits.log, update.log, etc.
