Antivirus plus is blocking access to nfl.com - how do I fix it?
I'm just a newbee, don't have a clue. I'm running Bitdefender Antivirus Plus on Windows 11 Home. Automatic updates are on, so I'm pretty sure I'm up-to-date. When attempting to log in to nfl.com (id.nfl.com), I get just the NFL logo and a flashing "Loading" message. When I do the same on my old computer without Bitdefender, it still works fine.
I tried creating an exception in the Online Threat Protection settings, but that didn't make any difference. Turning off VPN also makes no difference.

Do you perhaps have the Bitdefender Anti-tracker enabled, or any other browser extensions that could interfere with the way the page is being displayed, like Ublock Origin, etc.?

If this is not the case, try clearing the cache & cookies, reset your browser or use another browser (try incognito as well) to test the website.
