Respnse From Bitdefender?
I have sent Bitdefender 2 emails over the last week with NO response. I called the help line and was on hold for over 2 ½ hours with no one ever answering. I tried the chat-line, but it just sends you to email.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a response from Bitdefender? I would gladly dump Bitdefender altogether, but I need to get an issue with backup/restore resolved first.

We have resent the e-mail on this ticket ID 200904201013763 2 times - it seems that your e-mail provider is blocking it or it filters it as spam thus please check your SPAM/Junk folder in order to see if it shows up there. If not, please be so kind as to send us by PM an alternative e-mail address that we can use in order to send you the troubleshooting steps.

I checked my spam filters (both email client and ISP) and no email from BD was ever received. I give up!
I am unable to restore a Bitdefender backup from an external drive after doing a clean install of my OS (Vista). I now have lost important files and cannot get BD to help me recover them. Furthermore, the BD software is a slog…it slows everything down. The user interface is cumbersome and unstable.
I have been a BD customer since early 2008, but the relationship is over. I am not a novice, and this is the first time I have ever tried to use BD support. The lack of any support from BD is unbelievable! No matter how patient or diligent I am, the bottom line is that getting a response from BD is IMPOSSIBLE!!
I have left numerous posts-NO RESPONSE!

I tried on-line chat - NO RESPONSE!
I sent two emails - NO RESPONSE!
BE FOREWARNED! Don't even consider BD as a security solution. If you ever encounter a problem, you are COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN for a resolution.
Too bad BD didn't just stick with a solid antivirus- firewall product. The "improvements" made for 2009 are a joke.

We have resent the e-mail on ticket ID 200904201013763 3 times up to this point - the issue is that our e-mail contains an attachment and Gmail has been known to block this type of e-mail without sending a notification to the user's Inbox.Unfortunately we have no control over their filters when the message has left our server.
Please be so kind as to provide us with an alternative e-mail address(other than Gmail) where we can send you the e-mail that was sent multiple times on your ticket ID in order to make sure that you receive it.0
