Need Help Turning Off Firewall
I have Bitdefender 2008, version 11.0.17. I've looked at all the help I could find, all of them say something like this Security center -> Settings -> then here it differs, either Firewall directly or advanced then firewall. But either way, I see no tab for the firewall. My problem is that I need to turn it off to be able to play Warcraft 3 online through battle.net, the problem occurs when I try to join an arranged team, it won't let me for some reason, I forget the error message I get, I can check later if needed. And yes, I did try game mode, same effect. Thanks in advance.

Hello Disciple ,
BitDefender Antivirus 2008 is a product which does not have a Firewall module included. That is why , whenever you accessed the advanced settings , you could not find this option . I don't think this issue is caused by BitDefender , but you can test this , disabling different BitDefender modules . Here is what you have to do :
1. Open BitDefender and click on Settings .
2. Disable the Antivirus module: under the Shield tab uncheck the Real Time Protection option and the Privacy Control module then try to play .
You should also look and see if the Windows Firewall is turned off. Click on Start from Windows and choose Control Panel . Here look after Windows Firewall , access this option and make sure that is set to "Off(not recommended)" .

I did all that, didn't work, I got further than I did before though, so it must be my friend's firewall. Thanks!
