How Do You Get Out The Loop

Tried to install bitdefender2010 twice and still have the same problem knocks out my internet connection if I retrieve any emails.
Thought I'd try this forum because the help section and direct contact methods are useless
But on registering I can see that Im not the only one who has issues with this product so now Im thinking stuff it get my money back
But how do you do that
As I said have tried to send emails requesting support with no or very slow response. Cant call dont live in US
HELP!!! how do I get out of the loop!!! Dont want to give up and let them get away with taking my money

I don't where you are from. I'm in the UK and I used an 0207 number. There's a long convoluted way of getting there and so it might just be easier to click here

Im in Aust dont say anything about the ashes!! Boo hoo
Eventually got onto the chat online to customer support live site which was fantastic, cancelled my payment there and went out and bought ******* works like a dream now, thanks for your help0
