Help! Msa.exe Trojen

i was downloading a program online then i ran it, but then my firefox crashed. i tried to re open it but it wouldn't open, so then i opened my task manager and saw something called msa.exe in the processes. i opened the file location then deleted it to see if my firefox would work but it didn't. Now my programs are not working one by one. PLEASE HELP ME!
