Windows 7 Blue Screen On Install
Hello Bitdefender team,
I just installed windows 7 and on restart the system goes in blue screen almost immediately then keeps restarting.
i cannot access the system.
i checked this forum, and saw a conflict with Realtek driver, which is what i have.
but the solutions were sent privately.
is there anyway of solving this issue.

Hi,
Go into safe mode, delete the file c:\windows\system32\drivers\bdfndisf6.sys, reboot, do an update, reboot again.
Everything should work fine afterwards.0 -

thanks for helping out.
after deleting the file i restarted the pc and updated
now the firewall does not work.
the firewall is always disabled and i cannot enable it
i keep updating but it says "No Update Available"
anyway of solving this

Did you restart after the update?
If yes then it seems that there is a problem with the update and that file is not re-downloaded if it is missing.
To fix this you have two options:
1. Give me a PM with your email address and I will send you the updated file.
2. Talk to support, they have a patch which should solve this.

Control Panel >Firewall Windows. Do you have an indication that it is protected by BitDefender?
With Norton I have this: nothing with Bitdefender0 -
