Errors Loading C Runtime Library

I recently upgraded my 3 PC's to BitDefender 2010. Two of the upgraded fine (1 XP and 1 Vista). The third firnished the install but I got an error during install that imgcln.exe attempted to load the C runtime library incorrectly. The program appears to be running OK, does updates, scans, firewall working but every time I boot I get an error that bdagent.exe attempted to load the C runtime library incorrectly. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled twice but still get this error.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to correct?

    In order to further investigate this issue we recommend you to follow the steps bellow and obtain the following reports:

    1. A bdagent log:

    b. In the box type: cmd and press OK;

    c. Type the following text in the window that will appear:

    cd C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010 then hit Enter

    d. When you will see the C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2010 folder, write:

    bdagent stop then hit Enter

    bdagent trace then hit Enter

    e. Close the Command Prompt window and the bdagent process will restart and the log will be created in the C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\DTrace (Windows Vista and Windows 7 ) folder or in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BitDefender\DTrace(Windows XP) one with the name User-bdagent.log .
