    Hello anand888,

What Operating System are you using?

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump, put all files from there in an archive, upload the archive on a file sharing server of your choice (such as www.sendspace.com) and send me the download link by PM.

    Hi,

Please go to the BitDefender installation folder (default is C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2011) and run supporttool.exe (make sure that you login Windows using an account with Administrator rights).

At step 2, check Try to reproduce the problem before submitting, then at the next step select Other issue. You will be prompted to reboot your system in order to activate some debug settings. Please do so (make sure you save all your open documents).

After the system restart, try to reproduce the BSOD. Just use your computer as you would normally do (use the usual applications), and when the crash occurs, restart the system. After the restart, disconnect all Internet connections and run supporttool.exe again. At the first step, check I have reproduced the problem, then continue to the next steps.

A report will be generated on your desktop (it will be a ZIP archive, containing multiple reports). It could take a while before Support Tool finishes (don't connect to the Internet until the end). When the tool finishes, reconnect to the Internet and upload the resulting archived report (just like you did with the minidump archive) and send me the download link by PM.

Also, the tool will request another restart, in order to deactivate the debugging settings. You can manually restart the system after you upload the report.
