[resolved]Bitdefender Myaccount --- User Does Not Exist

BitDefender,


I used to be able to login to my account without issues, but now BitDefender tells me there's no username or account on record for me? What!?! I need to access the beta page, and I can't even do that. Nor can I view my license keys anymore now that I can no longer sign in. Has the database been corrupted?


Not sure what to do, but I can't login.

    I am too having the same problem. When I first access it, it said I don't have any product, now it said this account doesn't exist

    Seems the issue was fixed as I can login now.
