File Shredder says "cancelled" but files are no longer visible and HD space unchanged..
It should've shredded about 10gb of data, but it does not show that it freed up those 10gbs… where would this data be stored and how do I permanently get rid of it?

when I right click the file scan or shredder option it no longer activates the progran. How do i fix that? I can still go into the program to shred files but not the right click option.
