Tried to end processes for both Wallet agent and Wallet Apps and denied. In Task Mangager the file path is C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2015\bdwtxag.exe. I have tried to delete the path and was denied. I have IE9 and its BS that BD made it so you can't disable it let alone stop it from running.

I feel your pain. The fact that a process continues to run after the associated feature is disabled is just bad code writing. But BD 2015 is still young and there is a chance we will see a better product in a future build. Do you mean a fix for 2015 problems or do you mean the next version 2016?
