Once you started using BD, it is better to download the rescue CD right away before getting some problems in the future.

Take note that Bit Defender is one of the best security wall you could have in your system. The only problem for me is that it always checks everything I input in my system that keeps me annoyed, but still I could say thanks. My system is safe until today.

You might have installed BD software late enough that your virus is already in your system. That might be a big case unless that virus is too common for this software to remove.

For all I know, BD has a feature where you can list all the sites you want to be blocked temporarily. You can simply remove the sites that you mostly visit and keep the sites you think it shouldn't be visited especially by your kids.

Autopilot sometimes causes other programs to work very slow. I usually encounter this problem when I am playing different sorts of intensive games. I just think that turning it off will solve my problem.

I also have the same problem when I changed to Vista Black. I just guess that BitDefender doesn't work properly with it.

Sometimes, it is better to send multiple tickets just to make sure that one of it will be answered. I always send like 2-3 tickets with 10-30 minutes interval just to make sure my query won't be forgotten.
