Each time I am off line for more than one day and i go on line again, the Bitdefender is not automatically searching for updates. Although it provides a message that "an issue has to be fixed". I have to go to Bitdefender and do this manually. I am in automatic pilot though. It happens now with 2016 but it happened also…

Installation Not Working And Unclear
Hi, The installation procedure does not seem to work. Now I am launched 2012 and he is scanning my computer for viruses since 1 hour while showing 0% progress. Am supposed to stay online while doing this - without any protection ? Am I supposed to leave him? ( I am sending this from another computer).

Installation Denied
Hallo, habe 2009v internet security desinstalliert und versucht v2011 (vom free upgrade) zu installieren. Bekomme "installation failed - error 1002". Was kann ich tun? Wage jetzt nicht unbedingt aufs internet zu gehen da ich keinen Schutz mehr habe.

Hi, I have uninstalled v2009 and installed v2011 (via the free upgrade download) but I get the message that the installation failed "error -1002". What can I do? (in particular that I do not dare to connect to the internet with my computer again as I have no protection at all at the moment).
