Installation von Premium Security funktioniert nicht

Ich hatte bislang ein Abonnement von "Total Security". Dieses ist inzwischen auch abgelaufen. Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich ein Abonnement von "Premium Security" gekauft. Ich kann die Installationsdatei auch herunterladen, aber wenn ich sie auf meinem Windows 11-Rechner öffne und ich nach der Abfrage "Möchten Sie zulassen, dass durch diese App Änderungen an Ihrem Gerät vorgenommen werden?" auf "Ja" klicke, passiert gar nichts. Es findet keine Installation statt. Es kommt allerdings auch zu keiner Fehlermeldung. Ich habe es mehrfach probiert, auch mehrfach die Datei heruntergeladen. Was soll ich tun?

    Hello @Wes Carpenter and welcome to the Community.

    I have noticed that your new Premium Security license is active in your account and currently protects one device.

    Whenever you upgrade your antivirus license, it's not necessary to reinstall the software, if Bitdefender was previously installed on that device. After you enter the new activation code in Central, you can simply move the devices from the expired license to the new one, but they should normally be transferred automatically to the next license that can protect them in that account. This is of course possible only if Bitdefender was previously installed on those devices, other devices that didn't have Bitdefender installed on them will require a new installation.

    Let us know if the situation is fixed now.
