Firewall keep desactivating

Hi, despite toggling the firewall on bitdefender, it keeps being desactivated if I close and reopen the UI

Meanwhile the windows firewall keep activating, on windows 10

I tried the method with the BFE (give permission) mentionned on your website

what could it mean ? Why am I unable to activate the firewall ?

    Check for other security solutions and uninstall them. Then restart Windows and try again to activate Bitdefender Firewall.
