Bitdefender panel focus when typing

Often I am typing in an app/program and a Bitdefnder panel prompts me to choose to accept or deny firewall access. Many times because that panel steals the focus I accidentally deny the program and have to go back into Bitdefender notifications to check.

I haven't programmed Windows for a long time but is there a way for the panel to appear without taking the focus or requiring a button click to accept/deny?

Hello @technomad,

You can disable the Alert Mode feature in the Firewall settings and this should solve the problem.

With Alert mode (former Paranoid Mode) enabled, alerts are shown each time an app tries to connect to the internet and you need to select Allow or Block. When Alert mode is turned ON, the Profiles feature is automatically switched off. For a complete firewall guide you can check this article:
