Need urgent help: BD blocks installing Logitune-Update

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen.

My Logitune software for my business camera is considered by BD to be infected with viruses. BD stops the installation process. I can no longer take part in a video conference. Is this a true-false error? What should I do? I need help quickly because I rely on the camera for work.

    Have you tried to add exceptions for this app? If not, you can set exclusions by following the steps described in the below articles:

    Since this sounds like a false positive detection, in the event setting the required exceptions doesn't help, head to the link below and use the form to send a sample to the Bitdefender Labs for analysis:

    Once confirmed, false alarms are corrected within hours.
