How do I remove Bitdefender AntiSpam from a Mac
There appears to be nowhere in the settings of Bitdefender to turn off Antispam on a Mac. It's created a folder in my G-Mail that I do not want, and is routing messages there that should not go there., So I want to remove this. I am using the latest version of BitDefender and the latest Mac OS..

As far as I know, Bitdefender does not offer an option to disable Antispam on Mac.
For more information, kindly contact Bitdefender support by visitingSelect, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.

Hello @Pinfold,
Bitdefender doesn't have Antispam on Mac. Perhaps you are referring to Email Protection? However, Email Protection does not move the messages to other folders, it only labels them (they will still be in the inbox). So, what you are experiencing could have something to do with your email settings as well.
The difference between Antispam and email Protection is that Bitdefender Antispam is designed to work with mail applications like Mozilla Thunderbird and Microsoft Outlook. It detects spam emails only.
On the other hand, Email Protection provides protection in your web browser. Moreover, it can detect all types of cyber threats in incoming emails, not just spam.
Should you wish to remove Email Protection anyway, from the same computer where you've added the e-mail client, open Bitdefender, access the email protection module, click on the three dots next to the e-mail and select 'Remove'.
More information on Email Protection can be found here:
