Adding an exception
I am trying to unblock a certain website that is being blocked by bitdefender for some odd reason, however when I enter my account password the password will not work and it keeps asking my to enter the password, I am certain about the password that it's the correct password , also I can not log out the account on the control center.

I have tried these steps and changed the password on the website, however the problem is still there and also the control center on my windows does not show sing out option.

If your User Account Control (UAC) settings are set to a high level, some options might be restricted or hidden, thus you may not see the logout option there. In some cases, especially in a corporate or managed environment, certain features and options might be restricted by Group Policies set by the IT department. Are you using the device for personal use, or is it a device you use for work?
So just to confirm I understood the issue correctly, you are trying to access a website which is blocked by Bitdefender, you changed your password on that site and you cannot add that website to the exceptions list in Bitdefender? And the sign out issue is separate from this?
