Safepay will not connect anymore
I had safepay set up to automatically start when I went to my bank's site, and it worked for a while. Then, it started giving me error message, such as "the network has changed". Usually, if I closed safepay and tried again, it would work the second time. This morning, I made half-a-dozen attempts, and every time it failed to connect. Eventually, I gave up. What's going on?

Are you trying to access a banking website? Safepay will prompt to open or will automatically open only banking websites, as this is a browser designed for online banking activities.
Check the following:
- Make sure the 'Encrypted web scan' option is turned ON. To find it, go to Protection and click on the Settings button in the ONLINE THREAT PREVENTION module, then make sure the ENCRYPTED WEB SCAN slider is set to ON(blue).
- Open Safepay and access the website you want to be opened automatically or to be prompted for when accessed. Click the the star icon at the end of the address bar. Check the box 'Automatically open in Safepay' then click 'Create'.
