Why safe pay jump from web site.

Im trying to send a video but it keeps saying file is to big. So let me try to explain it again. So I open Safepay, then I choose a web sites that I have an account on. I'm scrolling through to get to my selection. After 20 to 50 seconds web sites I choose it would disappear. When safe pay is being used there is a Safepay icon or logo in the top right hand corner that I have to click on just to bring the web sites back. I'm hoping this is a good clarification of what I'm trying to explain. Thank you.
