Pages/Apps not loading while using VPN for mobile security |only when switching from wifi <-> mobile

Dear Bitdefender Community,

I’m using bitdefender mobile security on my iPhone 12 Pro with the latest iOS version and bitdefender app is also up to date. Sometimes I need to switch from WiFi to mobile network or vice versa with pages are not loading or apps not loading with internet use. Apple said that it can be caused by VPN configuration. I believe it is caused sometimes by the activated vpn for the bitdefender Echtzeitschutz (in German).


Can you please support? Thank you.
