How can I stop Bitdefender from bouncing me out of my bank site after I go in with Safepay?

I can log into my banking website through Safepay but then it bounces me out every couple of minutes while I am working. When I'm bounced out, I have to hit Safepay again and it will work for awhile and then do it again. Help! This has been an annoyance for sometime. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I think an update might be required here, can you tell us if you receive any error message when accessing the banking website? I think this may have something to do with the SafePay version that is being rejected by the banking page, as I've seen a couple of reports. If that's the case, then it's best to reach out to Bitdefender Support for assistance.
