Safepay being "modal" a problem for me

I'm treasurer of an organization and I need to look at other webpages when logged into the bank. I'm sure it is more secure the way you have it, but it makes Safepay unusable for me and I may end up looking for another product. Is there a way around this (not being able to have 2 browser windows open… one in Safepay and one not)?

Hello @slbowen,

There's an option to switch between Safepay and Windows desktop, press the Alt+Tab keys, or click the 'Switch to Desktop' button in the lower left-hand corner. Check if this works for you. The full SafePay guide can be found here:
