iPhone not syncing in iTunes
My iPhone 16 Pro Max is not syncing in iTunes. Logging into my Apple account shows the iPhone (and my iPad 10) as managed devices, but when in iTunes, under FILE and DEVICES, SYNC is greyed out when either of them are connected. Plugging my phone to my PC does not bring up the usual "do you trust this computer" on my iPhone. And, yes, I have tried several cables, all of which show the phone as charging when plugged in.
I called Apple support and we tried everything we could think of including, but not in this order, turning off Bitdefender, restarting everything, unplugging, turning off VPN, checking running tasks to see if BD was still in play…still no luck. The Apple tech's last option was to uninstall BD (did not) - so hoping someone here might have an answer. BTW, my iPhone 13 synced with no problems.
