How do I register my Outlook email?

When I attmept to register my Outlook email (msn account), the process fails again and again. What could I be doing wrong?

Yes, more details are needed here. Where are you trying to register Outlook exactly, what errors do you get (if any), and what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Sorry, but I failed to provide enough information.

I want to register my primary email, which is an MSN account, to scan for threats. To do this, I have to shut off the VPN to access the Microsoft account. I enter my credentials for the email account.

I choose Outlook:

I've tried this multiple times, but the process always fails.

This is a simple setup. Do you have any insights what is causing it to fail?
