How do I register my Outlook email?

When I attmept to register my Outlook email (msn account), the process fails again and again. What could I be doing wrong?

    Sorry, but I failed to provide enough information.

    I want to register my primary email, which is an MSN account, to scan for threats. To do this, I have to shut off the VPN to access the Microsoft account. I enter my credentials for the email account.

    I choose Outlook:

    I enter my credentials for MSN in the Outlook Account login. This is what occurs:

    I've tried this multiple times, but the process always fails.

    This is a simple setup. Do you have any insights what is causing it to fail?

  • Thanks for your response. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I began a chat session and the agent did not have any ideas why this is unoperative.

  • I connected to Chat Suppport and they made a couple of suggestions. But nothing that I have tried works. When I attempt to add a Goole emial, it loads immediately. It is the Outlook email that fails. Every time that I try that process, I reach this screen:

  • The support on the forum is limited regarding your query. Only Bitdefender support can help, because if they can't assist, no one on the forum will be able to either. Kindly get in touch with them again for further assistance. I know it may seem strange, but there is no support for this on the forum. However, @Alexandru_BD can check to see if he finds anything.

    To add here, it will be necessary for the Support teams to gather logs from the product to find out exactly what is causing this error. Therefore, I strongly recommend to those who encounter this error message to contact Bitdefender Support.
