I use bitdefender on my XP and it has worked great for the first month, but now I have a problem with the vsserv.exe process- it's using over than 50% from my cpu.
What can I do? It doesnwt stop, and my computer works slowly.

Tired of people posting their issues without giving at least the very basics information about their PC. You have a VSSERV issue "eating" some of your CPU but what CPU your PC uses ? What's the amount of RAM memory ? Have you used another BitDefender version before installing the 2011 one ?
I do believe that this topic is a mess and people are posting regardless of what I keep asking you NOT TO. Please post complete information about the issue you encounter and, if applicable, a screenshot of any error message you may receive.
