Bd Is 2011 Firewall & Other Settings Problem

Hi there,
My problem is that firewall settings are not staying on if I'm trying to change them. Even a settings password doesn't help. After restart or standby mode all my settings are changed back as it was b'fore.
Firewall settings what woun't stay on (Advanced settings):
- Show WiFi notifications
- Enable strict automatic rules
Virus Shield options:
- Scan inside archives
Also on General main view in the statistics tab there is shown "scanned files", "disinfected files" & "infected files detected" values and these are 0 all the time?
