Giving Up...still Need Refund

I have wasted an untold number of hours over the past 5 weeks attempting to get BD 2010 and 2011 to work. My problems include backups not working, vsserv.exe taking 100% of the CPU for over 15 minutes (until I reboot), my web-browser becoming so slow that I can't use it, etc., etc., etc.; in general, this product has made my experience of using my computer for my business a miserable one.

These problems may be "fixable", but getting support from BitDefender is next to impossible. Every response takes 4+ days (if you get one at all), first level phone support is useless, promised return phone calls from higher level support people never happen, etc., etc. The only solution that I've been given has been to completely remove the product (for the 10th time!), reboot into SAFE mode, reinstall (again!), etc., etc. I need to use my computer for my business, versus spending all of my time trying to get this darned product to work.

I have completely removed the product from my system, and I requested a full refund of the $79.95 I paid for this product 4 days ago via an e-mail reply to ticket # 201009011010336. I have received no response.

When will I get this refund?
