Computer Keeps Shutting Down.

" />" />" /> I have been having problems downloading the bitdefender 2011 virus protection. When it comes to the configiration box, a box comes up and says Error occured (thats all it says) then my computer shuts down and restarts.

The program didn't download.

PLEASE HELP.

I thought this would be easier then it has been. I am very frustrated. I have been on all the forum and have found my system is Windows XP 32 bit system. I have also done the sysdump but it comes in at a zip file, so not quite sure if you (Danydan) want it unzipped (which is just getting too complicated for me)Then in one of the responses you give, you ask to send you a PM with the download link after doing the sysdump (i don't know what you mean by PM).

Why is this not easy. For someone who has limited knowledge of computers, this is the worst program. I am considering trying to get my money back. HELP " />" />

PM stands for Private Message and no, I just need the file Sysdump.tar for analysis, you don't have to unpack it. Simply upload the results of the Sysdump.exe HERE then send me a private message with the download link.

1. Download this file:

2. Locate and open 'Sysdump.exe'

3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take several minutes therefore please wait until the window disappear by itself.

4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'

5. When you have the sysdump.tar please upload it HERE

6. Include a DETAILED description of the issue you encounter: reproduce the steps you take until the issue occur and, if possible, enclose a screenshot of any error message you receive.

7. Send me a PM with the download link
