I tried BitDefender Pro 2011 on a trial license and then bought it a few days ago. During the trial it seemed to work fine, but since I got the subscription it keeps starting full system scans without being told to. Roughly every half hour it starts a scan which virtually brings my system to a halt. I'm obliged to stop it because I need to use my computer. About half an hour later it starts a scan again.
I have a full system scan scheduled to run once a week at night, and I don't want it to run any other time.
Can you please tell me how to fix this problem?
