Bitdefender Total Security 2011 Cannot Enable Firewall

I have installed bitdefender 2011 total security 2011 on my sony vaio Z laptop and the firewall cannot be enabled (attached screenshot)


Also the on the dashboard i cannot get my account info, it says no account created (see attached screenshot) and status unavailable (all security status alerts are disabled).


Also whenever i click on the license info link down below, i have to wait for ages for the license info box to come up.


I am running windows 7 professional 64bit.


Please help.
