Problem With Scan

When I started my notebook I noticed that the BitDefender Internet Security 2011 icon displayed that 1 problem affects the sistem. I pressed the button to remediate the problem but nothing has happened and noticed me that the scan has failed.I tried to repair the program and after that I reinstalled the whole program but the problem persists.I think that this problem appeard after an upgrade of the program because all the settings including firewall permissions were reseted . I tried to update the program but this not resolved the problem , it updated only the database with virus signatures . I don't know what to do. I use Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. thanks :)
