Online Backup Cannot Connect To Server
Just tried to use the online backup for the first time and failed.
I picked a single file, no regular schedule, no problems.
Then went to actually start the backup and error popup indicated my internet connection was broken.
Retried with BD firewall disabled, same problem. Internet connection fine
Is your server down?

In order to further investigate this issue, please go to: Start -> Run -> type cmd then press Enter.
*If you are using Windows Vista/7 simply type cmd in the Search Box[/i]
Type in the command prompt: ping myaccount.bitdefender.com
Let me know if the server was accessible or attach a screenshot.

Ping fine, average rtt 16ms, resolved to 81.95.148.66.
