Are Those Files Necessary?
I've just had CCleaner scan the whole windows registry and this is the result:
As you can see, there're a lot of keys associated with Bitdefender. I didn't have those files deleted because I think it might cause something wrong with Bitdefender. So are those files important? Can I just delete them?
Looking forward to your answer.

The short answer to your question is yes, those keys are safe to let CCleaner remove.
I have BDAV Pro 2011 installed on my Win7 Pro x64 laptop and I also use CCleaner. I had similar entries in my Registry when I ran CCleaner after reading your question. They appeared after I rebooted the laptop following yesterday's BD Program update.
The entries in CCleaner are not "files." They are Registry keys that point to files that CCleaner is saying it could not find, therefore the Registry key pointing to that non-existant file is safe to remove. CCleaner is doing its job correctly. That's why CCleaner calls them "Missing Shared DLL" - the DLL "file" is already missing.
In fact, when I used Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2011\Active Virus Control, there was no longer a sub-folder called Midas_000_001. If there is no sub-folder by that name, then there can't be any files. The files are already gone so the Registry key pointing to them is safe to remove.
I ran CCLeaner, selected to backup the changes it was about to make and let it clean the Registry. BDAV and my laptop are still running fine.

I would recommend you using the CCleaner between two installations of BitDefender or when upgrading from one version to another: you run the uninstall tool, restart the PC, run the CCleaner, restart the PC, download and install new BitDefender. That's how should a clean normal upgrade / installation should be performed.
You can however remove the entries with BitDefender installed. Make sure you restart the PC when the cleaning is done to check any potential damage. If any simply proceed and repair Bitdefender from START -> BitDefender 2011 -> Repair or Remove.
