Total Security 2011 Not Update Automaticly

hakim - It sounds like BDTS did not install correctly. Please provide us the following information:
- the CPU type & speed
- how much memory (RAM) is in the PC
- what OS are you using XP, Vista, Win7, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit
- do you have any other security software programs installed or recently uninstalled
Any other security software programs should be completely uninstalled using the company's uninstall tool to make sure all traces have been removed to avoid a conflict with BDTS. Download and run the BD uninstall tool to remove the current installation of BDTS.
Download your product from the appropriate link in this pinned topic and re-install.

Hi,
I would add to the info Gary requested a screenshot with the error / notification you receive when you try to update.
[How to create a screen shot]
On Windows, press the Print Screen or Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard, found at the upper right of the keyboard. This key will capture the entire screen. Open up your paint program -click on "Start-> All Programs-> Accessories-> Paint".
In the paint program, select File/New, then Edit/Paste. Then save the file as JPG and attach it as a reply to this topic.0 -
