Cosmetic Ui Issue

In 'Expert' mode when you change the current major tab selection (on the left) the UI relocates the cursor around the position of the second tab along the top for some selections. This is annoying

Offending tabs:- General, Antivirus, Privacy control, Encryption, Tune up.
