Win7, these files are in C:\ProgramData\BitDefender\Desktop\Temp
All but one are *.temp files, one is BDCH_HGHIIOIGBLDGOHEAKDBBCDKEGLLKMHMN_vsserv1288792371.xml
Can I delete them?

I would say, yes. That folder is empty on my Win7 Pro x64 laptop. To be safe why not move them to another folder for a few days and if a problem occurs you'll have them available to move back.
