The Ultimate Troubleshooter Program

I am looking at changing from Trend Internet Security to BitDefender (after some 18 years with Trend) due to recent significant changes in their latest version that are causing problems.

However I have been told that BitDefender Internet Security will not allow The Ultimate Troubleshooter to run, which I consider to be one of the most useful maintenance and testing tools on the market, for PC's. It is essential that I retain this program.

Can an exclusion be set up in BitDefender to allow this program to run, or can BitDefender be temporarily "switched off" when I want to run Ultimate Troubleshooter?

Many thanks,

Jon

  • If you provide me with all the EXE files used by TUT when you run it, I can advise you on what exactly to add to exclusions and where. What exactly are the functions (features) of the TUT software you run on daily/weekly basics ?
