Bd 2011 Firewall Blocks Remote Access

Hi, I have BD Total security 2011 on my laptop and working fine. I'm try to connect my laptop to my office network. I can ping and get replies from my laptop...however If I ping my laptop from any other computer on the network, it times out. I then turned off the firewall of BD and got replies. What do I have to do to the firewall to all replies without turning it off. thanks

    Welcome to our Forums!


    Please make the following settings to the Firewall -> Network tab:


    - set the Network Type to: Home/Office


    - set the Stealth to: Off


    - set the Generic to: Yes


    Test to see if the issue still occur and let me know. Also please provide me with more details about: "I'm try to connect my laptop to my office network" - how ? what type of network ?
