Red Ball In Sys Tray Gone
On one of my computer, the RED BALL in the sys tray is missing (I think Bit Defender is work , but not sure). I removed BT2011 Total Security with removal tool and followed directions elsewhere in the forum, then reinstalled. Red Ball showed up but then disappeared again when I re boot. Sometimes there but not reliablely
Any ideas?

Hello again OhioTrader,
The analysis of the logs is now complete. The reason of the issue you encounter is the TuneUp Utilities installed on your PC. This software has a real time protection module with the process: TuneUpUtilitiesService64.exe and the driver:
\??\C:\Program Files (x86)\TuneUp Utilities 2010\TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys.
Because of this driver running, the BitDefender real time protection module and driver could not be loaded. Also I have noticed you have multiple registry cleaner, uninstaller software and other antispyware / antimalware software. Why you keep all those software installed when all of them are doing the exact same thing ? It's just a waste of space and resources.
The only one you need to uninstall in order for BitDefender to install correctly is: Tune-up Utilities. Uninstall it from "Programs and features" in Windows Control Panel then restart the PC.
I have created a ticket and sent you instructions via email on how to correctly reinstall BitDefender. Ticket ID: 201012221011771.
Please confirm via forum/email that the issue is now resolved.
Kind regards,0
